Shipping is typically scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.
We try to ensure your order is shipped out as fast as possible if item is available in the warehouse.
No shipping on weekends or holidays
Majority of our shipping is conducted as a ground service or home delivery service with FedEx. We have the right to change to other carriers at anytime, and without notification.

We do except special orders. If you have a specific pump you require, we can help. We carry a full line of Grundfos, Franklin Electric, Red Jacket, and Goulds. Please feel free to contact us at: 866-202-8388 to make your request. We do ask that you please give us as much information as possible. (IE: Make, Model) We will contact the manufacturer direct to get you the very best possible price for your specific pump.

Buyer must contact us with in 15 days for all returns.
All shipping costs back to SupremeWaterSales.com will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
No credit will be given till item is returned back to Water Pump Liquidators.
If item defect may be return direct to the manufacturer.

All promotions are subject to change for time to time. We cannot always honor promotional prices due to constraints from the manufacturer.
