Return & Warranty Policy
PLEASE NOTE THIS AGREEMENT CONCERNS ALL CUSTOMERS AND APPLIES TO ALL MERCHANDISE OFFERED.
Please read these Returns and Warranty policies as well as our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the WaterPumpLiquidators.com website (the “Service”) operated by Water Pump Liquidators (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all vistors & customers who wish to access or use WPL Online Services.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Returns and Warranty policies.
• All pumps are NEW in the Factory OEM Boxes.
• To ensure safe shipping and delivery of product, additional packing materials are added, at no additional charge.
• All pumps were previously "wet-tested" by manufacturer, as such, small traces of residual water, and/or rust staining of the cast iron, may be found.
Hassle Free - 7 Day - Return Policy
All item(s) may be returned within 7 days of receipt of product(s). To be approved and receive a RGA number, returns can only be for item(s) that have not be opened, used, or installed in any manor.
1 - To make a return, customer must email WPL customer support at: email@example.com to obtain an RGA prior to returning the item.
2 - Customer will pay return shipping expenses.
3 - All originally paid and return shipping expenses will not be refunded.
4 - All returned item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
5 - Return credit will be refunded back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
6 - How is the Return Credit Calculated: Purchase price of the item ( - ) 20% restocking fee ( - ) original shipping expenses ( - ) any optional warranty purchased.
Standard "In-House" 30 Day Warranty
Due to the nature of products sold, we make no claim, expressed or implied, to the existence or coverage of any manufacturers warranties for any products purchased.
We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase and most products come with our "In-House" Standard 30-Day Warranty.
Any and all expenses customer paid to have an item installed and/or uninstalled is not refundable or covered under this warranty.
How to make a warranty claim during your 30-day coverage?
1 - Email WPL customer support at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number, Date of Purchase, and a summary of the problem you are having with your item. We will assist you in diagnosing the problem and issue you a warranty RGA if appropriate via email.
2 - All Warranty Claims will be subject to inspection to determine the cause of failure. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Defects DO NOT include improper use, uses product was not intened for, improper installation, seals, gaskets, elastomer materials, coatings and other “wear parts” or consumables.
3 - Customer will be required to pay all shipping expenses. (non-refundable)
4 - Customer must ensure that all items are properly packaged and insured. If item is lost or damaged during shipping, customer will be required to to contact shipping carrier for shipping lost/damage claim, and the 30 day warranty is rendered void.
5 - WPL reserves the right to Repair item(s) at our expense.
If repairable: Item(s) will be repaired, fully operated and tested, and will be returned back to customer at our expense, or if customer chooses not to return item, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
If non-repairable: WPL will issue a Warranty Credit for the purchase price of item back to the original CC used for purchased. No restocking fees will be deducted. Original shipping paid is non-refundable.
(Optional) 90-Day Warranty
