We do not make any claim of available manufacturer product warranty, neither expressed nor implied. It is the consumers responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly for any product's manufacturer warranty coverage.
WPL - 90 or 180 Day Product Warranty
To help protect consumers confidence with their purchase on WaterPumpLiquidators.com, WPL offers a optional 90-day product warranty, on selected products.
How do I get a product warranty? If available, you will have an option to add an WPL Product Warranty on the product's page.
Can I purchase a product warranty later? No. Product Warranty is only available at the time of purchase of the item.
Is the WPL Warranty transferable to another party? No. Warranty is non-transferable.
Is the WPL Warranty Refundable? No. Warranty is non-refundable.
- When does the 90 day warranty start? 90 day warranty start from date of purchase.
What does the Product Warranty cover? Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Defects DO NOT include improper use, uses product was not intened for, improper installation, seals, gaskets, elastomer materials, coatings and other “wear parts” or consumables
Do I get a proof of purchase when I buy a WPL Product Warranty? Yes. You will receive a Warranty Certificate that includes product details: Your Name, Date of Purchase, Certificate Number, Item Purchased, Product Serial Number and Term/Length of Warranty.
What is required if I need to make a claim against WPL Product Warranty? You need to provide the product's Warranty Certificate, proof of purchase, and ship the item back to one of our authorized service centers. You will also have to contact us for a RMA number prior to shipping the product back.
Who pays to ship back an item for warranty? The product must be shipped or delivered to our Authorized Service Center at owner’s expense, risk and responsibility.
What happens if my item is damaged or lost during shipment back to WPL? Consumer will be required to file a claim with their shipping carrier. Any product that is damaged or lost in shipping, will not be covered and will void the product warranty.
If warranty is approved, what happens with my item and/or how is the credit calculated and paid? WPL shall, at our option, and at no cost to consumer, reserves the right to either repair, replace, or credit any product. If a credit is given in lieu of repairs or replacement, the credit will be based on the original purchase price paid for the item and will not include any shipping or product warranty charges. Credits may be used towards the purchase of a new or similar item (if inventory is available) or will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of your purchase. If neither of those are possible, a check will be mailed to the billing address on the order.
Terms & Conditions:
When making a Warranty Claim, consumer will be required to return the product, with a copy of original receipt/invoice, and MUST include the Warranty Certificate.
Water Pump Liquidators shall, at its option and at no cost to Buyer, either repair or replace or credit any product which failed and conforms with the Standard Manufactuer's Warranty for defects in material or workmanship.
Water Pump Liquidators shall not be obligated to remove, or pay for the removal of, the defective product, nor to install or pay for the installation of the replaced or repaired product.
Buyer shall be responsible for all other costs, including, but not limited to, service costs, shipping fees and expenses.
Water Pump Liquidators shall have sole discretion as to the method or means of repair or replacement. Buyer’s failure to comply with Water Pump Liquidators's repair or replacement directions shall terminate Water Pump Liquidators's obligations under this Extended Warranty Policy and render this Extened Warranty Null & Void.
Water Pump Liquidators shall have No Extended Warranty obligations to Buyer with respect to any product or parts of a product that has been:
(a) Any Item that was repaired by a third party, including consumer / buyer, other than Water Pump Liquidators Authorized Service Center, or without Water Pump Liquidators's written approval.
(b) Subject to misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration, accident, or physical damage to product.
(c) Item was used in a manner contrary to manufacturer's instructions for installation, operation and maintenance.
(d) Item was damaged, or failed, due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, flooding, lightening, mother nature, or chemical attack.
(e) Damaged due to abnormal conditions, vibration, failure to properly prime, install, or operation without adequate flow.
(f) Damaged due to a defective power supply or improper electrical installation or no electrical protection.
(g) Damaged resulting from the use of accessory equipment failure.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SELLER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO REPAIRING OR REPLACING OR CREDITING THE PRODUCT AND SHALL IN ALL CASES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER (LESS ANY SHIPPING EXPENSES) FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER FORM OF DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, LIQUIDATED, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PRODUCTION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY OR LOSS OF REPUTATION.
